How to export names from a Joomla database
Following the above is a safe procedure and demonstrates how to get all Joomla users into an Excel-ready file.
Log into Cpanel
Click the mySQL icon
Scroll to the bottom of the page ...phpMyAdmin
Select the Joomla database
Click the Export tab, then click the table you want to export
Select the type of file you want to create
Check the Save as file and then hit the GO button
Save the file to your hard drive
All done! Logout!
WARNING!
Be very careful inside of phpMyAdmin This is not a utility
for casual users.
It's very easy to delete an entire database with
a few clicks.
