SELECT THE DB THEN HIT EXPORT TAB

SELECT THE TABLES (optional) THEN SAVE AS FILE... AND GO
The (optional) part is if you are backing up just some of the tables. If you're doing the entire DB, then this part can be skipped. (the selecting tables part, you still need #2 and #3)
